KTC Elite continues winning ways into April

KTC took to the roads, trails, and the track this weekend winning 3 different events.

On the track, Cynthia Adams showed off her speed at Millersville Metrics winning the 400m in 57.75 and doubling back to capture 15th in the 200m in 26.87. It is apparent that Cynthia has not been hibernating this winter achieving that kind of velocity.

On the trails, the quartet of Jeff Skwierz, Chris Wadas, Marina Orrson, and Josey Rupert dominated the Susquehanna Warrior Trail 5k. Jeff and Chris went 1-2 overall, while Marina and Josey matched there effort, also going 1-2 among women. Jeff won the race in 16:10 and Chris followed behind in 16:31. Marina won the women's race in 18:05, and actually was the next competitor to finish after Wadas, so KTC Elite goes 1,2,3! Josey was the next woman behind Marina, breaking the 20 minute barrier at 19:55. A strong showing for KTC Elite at the Susquehanna Warrior Trail 5k!

Finally on the road, the ugly duckling of the group Tim Hartung decided to just tackle running in his most recent effort at the Dash 4 Diabetes in West Chester. Tim won the event in a smooth 16:09, almost a minute and half in front of the next competitor.
